At Niyama Integrative Therapy, I provide trauma-informed mental health therapy for adults in Tucson, Arizona and virtually across the state of Arizona. Many of the individuals I work with are high-functioning on the outside but internally managing anxiety, chronic stress, depression, unresolved trauma, or emotional exhaustion. Therapy offers a structured and steady space to understand these patterns and build practical tools for meaningful change.
